How photos are checked

The app checks each photo against the reference photo you set. When it is not sure, a person looks at the photo.

Photos may be checked by service providers we choose, some of them outside India.

Where photos are kept

Photos are stored in India and kept private. They are never on a public link.

They are sent securely between your staff's phones and our storage.

How long things are kept

• You choose how long your photos are kept. Tell us and we will set it up.
• Backups are taken every night and kept for 14 days.
• When the live-scene check is on, the app records a short clip while the phone turns. That clip is deleted after 30 days.

Improving the checks

We use your photos to improve the checks only if you say yes.

A record of every action

Every action in the app is recorded.
